Allan Cate pianist, composer and piano technician. After many years at Cal State Northridge and for The Los Angeles Philharmonic as a piano technician, Alan started exploring his creative side performing and composing Latin music. He holds degrees from Reed College, California State University, Los Angeles, and certificates from UCLA.

His recordings feature the best musicians of the Los Angeles Latin Music scene such as Jose Arellano, Justo Almario, Bobby Rodríguez, Iris Sandra Cepeda, Gonzalo Chomat, and Leider Chapotín.
