Juan Karlos, percussionist, band leader, and musical director of Sangre Nueva. Born in Veracruz, Mexico. Juan Karlos has lived in Los Angeles, CA since 2002. He has performed with world-renowned artists such as Chef Feliciano, Tito Gómez, Andy Montañez, Victor Manuel, Tony Vega, Johnny Rivera, Tito Rojas, Edina Nazario, José José, Luis Fonzi, José Feliciano, Rubén Blades, and Bruno Mars, among many others.

He is endorsed by Toca Percussion and is currently one of the most sought-after percussionists in Southern California.
